Youth Advisory Committee

In 2006 The WCCF Board formed its Youth Advisory Committee. As a result of a bequest from Eleanor Ferro, the Foundation determined that young people needed to be exposed to charitable giving and community service. The Youth Board meets in order to discuss the merit of grant applications that are developed by student groups in our county’s schools and organizations. In its first year, the Youth Advisory Committee awarded four grants.
