The mission of the Wayne County Community Foundation is to preserve and enhance the quality of life for all people in Wayne County. The Foundation invests in our community by growing our permanent endowment, encouraging philanthropy and innovation, supporting charitable activities and assessing and addressing community needs.
The Wayne County Community Foundation is a publicly supported charity dedicated to preserving and enhancing the future quality of life in Wayne County by supporting that which is good about the present and that which seeks to do good in the future. Grants are awarded to new and existing programs that have the potential to achieve this broad goal. Grant applications may be submitted at any time and will be reviewed quarterly by the Foundation’s Board of Directors. Please complete and submit the following information:
The Foundation along with our donor partners is committed to providing scholarships for seniors living in Wayne County. Starting in 1991, the number and scope of the scholarships continue to grow.
The Scholarship applications can be started by filling out the appropriate form and submitting. Please be advised that although you are submitting your application electronically, there are parts of the application that MUST be submitted through regular mail.
