"Community Foundation Support Roots 'N Rhythm" Since 2005 Wayne County residents and visitors have enjoyed the Honesdale Roots 'N Rhythm Music and Arts Festival held in June. The Wayne County Community Foundation, a long time supporter of the festival, is once again pleased to be able to support the efforts of their Board members and the over 200 volunteers who work tirelessly to bring this wonderful event to our area.
